Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the Loan Origination System (Abrigo/LaserPro)
Review loan applications submitted by Loan Originators to gain a full understanding of each transaction
Participate in weekly meetings with the commercial lending team to manage and track the loan pipeline
Obtain flood certifications when required
Order, track, and process appraisals, including handling related ledger account deposits
Distribute completed appraisals to Loan Originators
Order title examinations and payoff information
Review title opinions and identify any concerns such as liens, taxes, or title defects, escalating issues to the Loan Originator as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with Loan Origination System (Abrigo/LaserPro)
Ability to review and validate commercial loan information
Knowledge of required documentation such as appraisals, flood determinations, underwriting materials, and title examinations
Experience in preparing loan closing documents
Ability to board finalized loans into the Core system
Strong collaboration skills with Loan Originators, appraisers, attorneys, real estate professionals, insurance agents, and contractors
Ability to act as the primary point of contact for the Loan Origination System
Experience in reviewing loan applications
Ability to participate in weekly meetings with the commercial lending team
Ability to obtain flood certifications
Experience in ordering, tracking, and processing appraisals
Ability to distribute completed appraisals to Loan Originators
Experience in ordering title examinations and payoff information
