Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the trucking brokerage industry via cold calling and networking
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and carriers to maximize profit margins
Coordinate with logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and service
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in freight brokerage required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities

Bachelor's degree preferred
