Own full-cycle recruiting for all technical roles from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding

Partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Build, iterate, and scale recruiting processes tailored to a high-growth startup environment

Drive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through creative channels

Deliver a top-tier candidate experience

Maintain a strong pulse on the talent market and provide insights on competitive hiring trends

Represent Norm Ai, helping to define and build our employer brand and candidate pitch

Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance
