Associate Director, Paid Social
Prosana is a leading next-generation performance marketing agency specializing in high-growth DTC brands. They are searching for an Associate Director, Paid Social, who will take ownership of paid social performance for a portfolio of high-growth consumer brands, setting strategy and executing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Spend meaningful time inside Meta Ads Manager building, launching, and optimizing full-funnel paid social programs
Architect Meta-first acquisition strategies and develop funnel structures, testing roadmaps, and measurement frameworks to drive massive, profitable scale
Serve as the primary strategic partner to CMOs and Founders, connecting deep performance insights to overall business outcomes and owning client satisfaction
Personally build, launch, and optimize full-funnel Meta campaigns (prospecting, mid-funnel, retention, remarketing) inside Ads Manager
Set up, manage, and analyze creative tests, audience tests, bid strategies, and structural iterations
Own pacing, budget, attribution, and performance troubleshooting end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution and data integrity
Architect high-performing Meta-first acquisition strategies capable of scaling paid social budgets from early-stage to $500K–$1M+ per month
Partner with Data & Finance teams to align spend to business goals, track CAC, contribution margin, and interpret pro forma marketing projections for clients
Identify and implement opportunities to increase key business metrics like AOV, MER, LTV, and new customer revenue
Partner closely with Directors of Growth Strategy, Creative Strategy, and the Paid Search team to ensure cross-channel consistency and coordinated go-to-market execution
Confidently present performance insights and connect them to larger business outcomes, managing founder/CMO relationships with clarity and calm
Stay ahead of all Meta platform updates and proactively bring forward hypotheses, angles, and creative ideas to clients weekly
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing and scaling Meta campaigns, with deep in-platform experience personally deploying hundreds of ads
Fluent in campaign structures, bidding, pacing, pixel/event setup, attribution, and optimization
Strong understanding of DTC economics (AOV, CVR, MER, CAC, margin, cohorts) and able to build clear testing frameworks and growth roadmaps
Highly confident in presenting complex performance insights to executives and managing C-suite relationships
Thrives in a collaborative environment, strong at influencing without authority and coordinating multi-disciplinary pods (Creative, Data, Retention)
Hungry, curious, and ambitious, with a desire to take ownership and grow into senior leadership
Preferred
Proven expertise in short-form creative strategy and testing frameworks on Meta and other short-form social platforms
Experience scaling accounts that incorporate the latest advancements in AI-driven creative testing and automated ad formats
