Manage multiple IT implementation projects (50–100% allocation), ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time
Coordinate and align with vendors to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery
Maintain strong stakeholder management through proactive communication, expectation setting, and escalation management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement corrective actions and escalate issues when necessary
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on project status, timelines, risks, and key decisions
Handle financial responsibilities, including budget management, accruals, and processing SAP POs/invoices
Lead project teams with minimal supervision, providing clear direction, accountability, and performance oversight
Qualification
Required
Experience managing multiple IT implementation projects
Ability to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on time
Coordination and alignment with vendors for contract compliance and timely delivery
Strong stakeholder management through proactive communication, expectation setting, and escalation management
Identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks
Implementation of corrective actions and escalation of issues when necessary
