Qualification
Required
Experience in delivering complex, high-performance engineering solutions
Ability to operate with a high degree of independence
Enjoyment in solving non-standard technical challenges
Comfortable working across advanced structural and thermal evaluations
Knowledge of codes and standards
Experience in detailed engineering documentation to support project delivery
Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
Contribution to continuous improvement of engineering processes and quality standards
Willingness to travel occasionally
