Responsibilities
Fix the structural gaps between their sales pipeline and their project delivery teams
Refactor a legacy PSA setup to ensure that resource utilization, project profitability, and revenue recognition are automated and auditable
Be responsible for the 'Quote-to-Cash' logic that allows the business to scale its services without increasing its administrative overhead
Qualification
Required
Certinia PSA Certification: This is an essential requirement, as you will be the primary authority on the platform's data relationships and logic
Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of the General Ledger and revenue recognition principles—you need to be able to speak the language of the finance team as clearly as you speak the language of a developer
Architectural Discipline: A track record of simplifying complex services models and a willingness to push back on customizations that compromise long-term system health
