Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through Zendesk and email
Manage refund requests, address corrections, and dispute resolutions between buyers and sellers
Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery or payment issues
Prioritize and process tickets efficiently, maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide clear, timely updates on resolutions

Required

At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer support environment, with hands-on exposure to handling customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
Prior experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems for managing, prioritizing, and resolving customer concerns efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining a positive customer experience
Able to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
Maintains strong work ethics, consistently meets attendance and performance expectations, and demonstrates dependability in a remote or fast-paced work environment
A reliable computer (preferably younger than 3 years) and a stable high-speed internet connection
A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro

Preferred

Experience with software such as Front, ReAamze, MadMimi, KONA, Live Engage, GoDaddy CRM, Billing CRM, Connections CRM, Slack would be awesome!
