Responsibilities

Own the stock availability outcome (OTIF – On Time, In Full)
Ensure launch readiness and quantity integrity for all planned releases
Monitor delivery performance against agreed tolerances and timelines
Own supply chain risk, identifying potential disruptions and implementing mitigation strategies
Maintain a cost, quality, and timing tolerance framework
Make escalation decisions when tolerances are breached to protect business outcomes
Manage and develop Production Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
Drive accountability for production delivery while avoiding micromanagement of day-to-day factory execution

Required

Proven experience leading supply chain or production operations in a global, multi-site environment
Strong experience in stock planning, OTIF delivery, and production risk management

Excellent problem-solving, escalation management, and decision-making skills
Ability to operate strategically while maintaining oversight of operational detail
Outcome-driven with high ownership mentality
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proactive in identifying risks and resolving issues before escalation
Structured, disciplined, and decisive under pressure
