Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decisions
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all data
Develop revenue and expense forecasts, projections, and performance analyses
Identify financial trends and key developments in the market and present insights to senior leadership
Support account reconciliation and contribute to financial planning initiatives
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in financial or data analysis
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred
Candidates residing in Indiana are highly preferred
