Regional Vice President of Sales
Millennia is a healthcare technology company transforming the patient payment experience for hospitals, health systems, and physician groups across the U.S. They are seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive new customer acquisition within a defined territory and manage the full sales cycle while working closely with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined sales territory focused on net-new customer acquisition
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and strategic outreach
Engage executive stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, Revenue Cycle and Finance leaders) in consultative sales conversations
Identify customer pain points and position Millennia’s solutions to drive measurable business outcomes
Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and client teams to support deal progression
Represent Millennia with professionalism, credibility, and integrity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Consultative, value-based selling approach
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Adaptable, coachable, and growth-oriented
Preferred
Experience selling software, technology-enabled services, or healthcare solutions
Exposure to healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services
