Information Technology

Responsibilities

Produce, edit, and publish web content across websites
Manage updates to landing pages, clinic pages, treatment pages, and newsletters
Ensure content meets accessibility standards and follows best practices
Apply SEO fundamentals to improve visibility and performance
Review content for accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines
Work with stakeholders to clarify requests, gather light requirements, and translate needs into actionable tasks
Troubleshoot content issues and identify when something is missing, incorrect, or misaligned with standards
Adapt quickly to new tools and workflows, even if unfamiliar with the specific CMS

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in web content editing, web production, or a related digital role
Working knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to spot issues or gaps
Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross‑functional stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with Drupal is a plus, but not required—platform‑agnostic candidates who learn quickly are welcome
