Responsibilities
Actively maintain laboratory systems to improve security and stability
Support business needs by designing and implementing innovative technologies
Provide solutions for data handling considering regulatory compliance and data security
Install and maintain laboratory-specific PCs and network connections
Support system imaging, monitoring, and firewall management
Support the implementation of the RLS service structure
Monitor service performance and improve processes
Maintain inventories for hardware, software, and network
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong understanding of ITSM best practices and the Agile framework
Comprehensive understanding of business and technology in the science and research domain
7 years of experience in Firewall Administration
Experience in reporting of all requests, incidents and problems using ServiceNow ticketing
Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, business representatives, and scientific users
Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards in cloud computing, storage, and networks
Knowledge of laboratory systems, including PCs, peripherals, and network connections
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
