Confident AI is building an open-source package called DeepEval for unit-testing LLM applications and a cloud platform for it. The Founding Open-Source Growth Engineer will focus on engineering and developer marketing, creating content, measuring growth, and engaging with the open-source community.

Responsibilities

Working on DeepEval (one of the used package for LLM evaluation in the world) for both LLM evaluation features and also LLM red teaming features for DeepTeam
Write high quality content around what you've built in the form of documentation and blog articles for the open-source community
Be able to post and repurpose content on platforms such as reddit, Twitter, community articles, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Be able to define and measure growth, what it means for a growth channel to be successful, and find new ways to increase DeepEval/Team’s distribution
Be able to take charge of the open-source community in both discord and github
Support integrations with other open-source projects and form relationships with them
Support our open-source community for any questions and help they might need

Qualification

Required

6+ years of experience in engineering and developer marketing
Proficient in Python and Typescript
Experience with growth design and marketing design
Ability to write high quality content for documentation and blog articles
Experience in posting and repurposing content on platforms such as reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Ability to define and measure growth for successful growth channels
Experience in engaging with the open-source community on platforms like Discord and GitHub
Proficient in open-source contributions
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work 6 days a week

Preferred

Enjoys writing and posting content on developer marketing channels
Has a taste for good documentation and design
Quick learner with an interest in SEO, GEO, and other strategies
Enjoys reading research papers and has a natural curiosity for new research
