The role involves engaging with clients, leading design implementations, and providing technical guidance to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities
Engage with clients as a trusted advisor to achieve their digital substation objectives
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital substations
Develop specification documentation employing the Top-Down Engineering approach
Provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate into broader grid management systems
Develop conceptual single line diagrams and network diagrams and configure relay devices
Develop and/or lead protection and control procedures and maintenance training programs
Troubleshoot issues regarding protection and control, automation, and relay networks
Serve as an SME in digital substations; IEC 61850, centralized protection, and digital twin technology
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of experience (or similar combination)
Desire to continuously gain understanding of power systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution
Troubleshooting skills in protection and control, automation, HMI, or relay networks
Excellent listening, reading, communication (written & verbal), attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions
Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements and contribute to our innovation initiatives
