Responsibilities
Collaborate with DHA stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements using DHA-approved tools and methodologies
Maintain and update a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure requirements align with project scope, goals, and objectives
Partner with project managers, engineers, testers, and cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding and proper implementation of requirements
Conduct routine reviews of requirement documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, providing corrective recommendations
Track and manage requirement changes, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and communication across all stakeholders
Support the development and maintenance of requirement specifications, design documents, and test plans to validate compliance with DHA standards
Participate in project and governance meetings, providing subject matter expertise and recommendations related to requirements management
Foster collaboration among technical and non-technical teams to resolve requirement-related issues and ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science)
5+ years of professional, hand-son experience as an analyst supporting data-driven products and/or solutions
Proven experience as a Requirements Management Analyst or similar role
Experience using Jira or like project management software, Microsoft 365 suite
Familiarity with requirements management tools and software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, with shifting priorities
Positive attitude, self-motivated, organized and a good problem solver
Preferred
Familiarity with the DoD, Military Health System (MHS) and the DHA is highly desired
Knowledge of advanced technologies and innovative solutions
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience with AI/ML a plus
