Responsibilities
Responds to requests for reproduction of documents as required
Scans completed job routers and quality packets into the internal document management system
Establishes and maintains filing systems
Enter information into computer to complete forms, prepare correspondence, and update spreadsheets or databases
Proofreads records or forms for completeness and inspects router packets
Sorts and files records manually and electronically
Scans and photocopies documents
Verifies completeness and accuracy of data on blueprints, drawings, change orders and specifications
Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and makes required changes to documents
Posts changes to computerized or manually controlled records, releases revised documents and notifies affected departments
Archives obsolete documents
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience/training
Experience utilizing MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Critical thinking skills, self-motivated and process driven
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external customers
Detail-oriented, with a focus on customer service and teamwork
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Must be a 'U.S. Person' (per ITAR 120.15) and are required to show proof substantiating this upon being hired
Preferred
Experience with ERP/MRP systems a plus
