Start in 2026 SpringBoF Careers is seeking a Merchandising Intern for Chico's FAS, a leading fashion retailer in North America. The intern will assist the merchandising team with seasonal strategies, assortment sheets, and reports while gaining exposure to the retail business processes and procedures.

Be exposed to the total business processes and procedures
Gain an understanding of the roles of the retail professionals
Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
An eye for trend and passion for the fashion / retail industry
Experience working in Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookups)
Exposure to weekly selling reports and costing
Junior or Senior status at an accredited college or university with minimum GPA of 3.0
Interest in pursuing a career in retail
Strong communication, organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn
