Regional Sales Manager
Gpac is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries. They are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to support and grow their client's Midwest market, requiring strong relationship-building skills and sales strategy development.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales goals
Manage vendor relationships and oversee regional account performance
Call on HQ-level retailers and, in some cases, major distributors
Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover business opportunities
Review and interpret data (IRI/Nielsen) to drive informed decisions
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and internal partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, Graphics, Social Media, Data
Attend trade shows, open houses, and customer meetings as required
Qualification
Required
Strong relationship-building skills
Sales strategy development
Ability to manage vendor and retailer partners at the HQ level
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales goals

Sales and presentation skills
Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to manage multiple accounts and vendor programs
Preferred
Established relationships in grocery and/or drug retail
Experience selling consumer goods (CPG, pet, or related categories)
Strong customer service and relationship-building ability
Solid understanding of sales strategies and retail programs
Ability to analyze market & sales data (Nielsen/IRI experience ideal)
Team-oriented, collaborative work style
Previous experience in the pet industry is a plus, not required
