Developing and implementing comprehensive plans that optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence in delivery

Engaging with key stakeholders and managing high-stakes vendor relationships

Navigating the complexities of regulatory compliance

Anticipating and mitigating risks to datacenter delivery to maintain project timelines and budgets

Leading, driving, and ensuring the successful management and delivery of critical initiatives on the strategic roadmap

Overseeing data center focused projects and initiatives

Engaging directly with Colo and LV partners’ leadership and project management teams to drive accountability and improvements

Ensuring delivery of proper design and process documentation to the Colo

Executing on ISP circuit contracts and updating all internal tracking tools for handover to operations teams at the end of the project
