Responsibilities
Performs CAD modeling functions to create accurate solid models of machined parts, assemblies, or fixtures
Conceptualize manufacturing process options for CNC machining of complex structural aircraft parts
Work with team to develop machining sequence plans and conceptual fixture designs for efficient machining of aluminum, titanium and stainless steel structural aircraft parts
Qualification
Required
2 to 4 years trade school, vocational education, work experience, or apprenticeship
Applicant must be a U.S. Person
May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level
Requires U.S. Citizenship
Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement
Preferred
Experience with NX/Unigraphics and/or CATIA is a plus
Aerospace and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
