Manager, Quality Assurance
XBP Global is a workflow automation leader that leverages industry experience and Agentic AI to enable digital transformation for clients. As the Manager of Quality Assurance, you will lead a team to ensure products meet quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management, to ensure the team meets its objectives and delivers high-quality results
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance activities and identify areas for improvement
Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and systems to identify non-conformances, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service, to identify quality-related issues, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements
Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and customer complaints by conducting thorough investigations, root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Provide leadership and guidance on quality-related matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and other departments
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to quality assurance and incorporate them into the organization's quality management systems
Prepare and present quality-related reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders to support decision-making and drive quality improvements
Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization by promoting awareness, accountability, and engagement at all levels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, business administration, or a related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related roles, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management position
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in implementing and managing quality management systems (QMS)
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or other relevant quality-related certifications preferred
