Corporate and Business Law Associate, 3-5 years
Gammage & Burnham is a Phoenix-based mid-size firm with a highly regarded corporate and business law group. They are seeking a multi-faceted associate attorney to join the Corporate/Business Law practice group, focusing on business entity formation, M&A, corporate finance, and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate corporate closings, including due diligence
Draft formation and organizational documents for business entities
Review and revise contracts
Draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements
Knowledge of the trademark application process, including responding to office actions issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office
Distill and analyze information and communicate effectively with other attorneys and clients
Detail-oriented, able to determine material issues, propose solutions, and manage competing deadlines
Effectively work as part of a team on multiple complicated matters simultaneously
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience with private practice experience
Top academic credentials
Ability to manage and coordinate corporate closings, including due diligence
Draft formation and organizational documents for business entities
Review and revise contracts
Draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements
Knowledge of the trademark application process, including responding to office actions issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office
