Responsibilities

Lead and support civil engineering site development projects from concept through completion
Prepare detailed site plans, grading plans, stormwater management systems, erosion and sediment control plans, and utility designs
Perform site layout, roadway design, and infrastructure planning in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Utilize Civil3D/AutoCAD to prepare engineering drawings and documentation
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and technically sound project delivery
Review and interpret technical reports, including geotechnical, environmental, and traffic studies
Provide mentorship to junior staff and support project management tasks as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
8–15 years of civil site design and land development experience
Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of site planning, stormwater management, grading, and infrastructure design
Experience working with private sector clients and/or public sector/federal agencies
PE license required
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
