The Director of Creator Success & Partnerships is responsible for managing post-sale relationships with creators, ensuring their success and retention while acting as a bridge between customers and product teams to advocate for creator needs.

Responsibilities
Own post-sale relationships with creators, networks, and hosting clients
Drive client retention through proactive outreach, strategic guidance, and problem-solving
Identify natural expansion opportunities, without turning the relationship into a constant sales pitch
Ensure creators are fully onboarded and actually successful on the platform
Help clients optimize workflows, distribution, and monetization capabilities
Liaise when things get complex, sensitive, or strategic
Serve as the primary feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering
Translate customer pain points into clear, actionable product feedback and priorities
Advocate internally for creator needs, bugs, improvements, and roadmap influence
Work closely with Hosting, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve client issues fast
Partner with Sales when expansion makes sense, but never at the expense of trust
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or post-sale client roles
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, creator tools, or media/podcast ecosystems
Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage executive-level relationships
Preferred
Experience with enterprise or network-level podcast clients
