Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and hold the intake team accountable to performance standards
Monitor KPIs, call metrics, and conversion performance on an ongoing basis
Optimize intake workflows to improve efficiency and client experience
Manage client escalations with professionalism and empathy
Ensure compliance with legal intake standards and firm protocols
Oversee intake technology and CRM systems, including Filevine and Lead Docket
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales or relevant field required
5+ years of legal call center management experience
Prior experience within a personal injury law firm required
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
