Responsibilities
General plumbing repairs such as toilets, faucets, and minor leaks
Repair and replace general hardware such as doors, doorknobs, locks, and broken tiles
Minor cosmetic updates to apartments, entrances, and common areas such as painting, plaster, sanding, and wallpaper installation
Maintenance and upkeep of cooling towers and boilers, as well as assisting in repairs of heating and HVAC systems
Assist in snow removal on sidewalks and driveways
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience
Basic carpentry and electrical skills
Ability to solve problems and pay attention to details
Friendly, positive team player
Ability to work well under pressure
Good time management skills
Ability to follow instructions
2 years of prior handyman experience
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
