This role involves leading a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects while managing scope, schedule, risk, and financial performance.

Responsibilities
Manage scope, schedule, risk, quality, and financial performance for each project (risk and financial management are core responsibilities)
Drive, monitor, and document all aspects of the project execution process
Lead clear, concise, and accurate communication among project team members and customers
Protect project profitability through active budget management, forecasting, and change control
Identify risks early, address issues with urgency, and navigate difficult conversations to maintain project health
Build and maintain positive customer relationships while upholding appropriate professional boundaries
Understand customer business drivers and align project decisions with both customer and Avanceon objectives
Collaborate effectively across all Avanceon departments to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Prior project management experience in systems integration or relevant/transferable environments
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Consistent follow-through on administrative and documentation responsibilities, recognizing their importance to project success
Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to think beyond day-to-day tasks and manage work across multiple concurrent projects
Ability to engage effectively at all levels of a customer organization — from plant-floor personnel to senior leadership
Ability to partner closely with a Project Technical Lead while maintaining accountability for commercial outcomes
Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites for in-person meetings, project reviews, and startup support
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple active customers
