Responsibilities
Overseeing all commercial aspects of new business awards and renewals
Presenting contract award recommendations to senior leadership
Negotiating software licensing costs and agreements
Building strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Managing strategic suppliers through quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment, performance, and value delivery
Conducting spend analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess software performance
Ensuring suppliers meet RVT’s cost, quality, and timeline objectives
Driving end-to-end sourcing processes for operational excellence and strategic supplier engagement
Qualification
Required
Contract and price negotiations for software licensing
Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
8+ years in a similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and executive-level presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of relevant IT software licensing experience
8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract negotiations in an indirect procurement environment
ERP systems and purchase order processing experience
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experience
Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and adapt to change
Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and deadlines
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Customer service-oriented approach
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Highly accurate and detail-oriented
