Information Technology
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding technical support via phone and email
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and tools
Answer product questions on features, benefits, installation, and compatibility
Assist customers with warranty repairs and replacements
Document processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
Collaborate on product training and ensure accuracy in manuals and technical materials
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in electronics troubleshooting or technical support
Knowledge of AC/DC electrical wiring
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP/CRM systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work through challenges with professionalism
Team player with excellent organizational skills
Positive, can-do attitude and ownership mentality
Preferred
Experience with boating, RV, camping, ATV, or outdoor sporting equipment
Certifications like ABYC, NMEA, or MEI
FCC License
