Responsibilities
Manage and close files for residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
Prepare closing statements, and all escrow documentation in coordination with the closing process, in a timely and professional manner
Process and quality check all documents for accuracy
Ensure complete and accurate packages are submitted for signings
Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders and closers/attorneys to resolve discrepancies
Identify and escalate issues, risks, or discrepancies proactively
Work to build strong partnerships with local lenders and real estate agents
Adhere to company policies and guidelines, regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards
Qualification
Required
