Qualification
Required
Experience in handling Closings and Escrow processes with attention to detail and accuracy
Notary certification and working knowledge of Residential Real Estate
Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
Familiarity with real estate laws, settlement statements, and title documentation
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple transactions efficiently
Ability to work on-site in Surprise, AZ
Preferred
Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Title Agent, or in a related field is highly preferred
