Buffalo Territory Manager
Upstate Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and driven Buffalo Territory Manager who will have direct responsibility for Sales and Profit within the Western New York geographic area. The role involves generating residential and commercial sales, developing business strategies, and maintaining high levels of customer service while collaborating with inside sales staff and customers.

Responsibilities
Generate residential and commercial sales for Upstate Systems
Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and retain Dealers (Contractors) for year over year sales growth
Must be knowledgeable of residential matched systems and learn how to use AHRI’s website to provide AHRI certificates with non-Bosch products
Sales planning for multiple clients; including working contracts, if needed, discuss pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high levels of customer service
Proficient in time management and scheduling customer appointments
Relationship development for existing clients while actively pursuing new accounts through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
Delegation abilities to utilize inside sales and other staff to grow your individual sales
Ability to quote HVAC projects
Coordination of logistics; work as a liaison between the factory and the Company
Assist customers and our Sales Team with residential and commercial based questions pertaining to availability of product
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in outside sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Accountability for your own business division
Excellent customer service skills
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential and Commercial HVAC terminology and related products
Strong problem-solving and analysis skills. Ability to provide direction and support to others
Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and co-workers
Ability to interface with multiple customer base - dealers and consumer - for resolving problems. Ability to meet deadlines
Five to seven years of related experience in HVAC industry
Associate's degree or equivalent experience with Technical/Trade school or equivalent combination of education and experience
