Work with management to create job descriptions and questionnaires based on job requirements
Source candidates - looking for multiple candidates to work on large construction sites
Interview, screen, and hire
Seek out qualified candidates that may be working for the competition
Undertake special projects as assigned
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and participate to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s)
Must promote Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners
Must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s)
Must possess proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s)
Must possess the ability to learn Company computer system(s)
Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information
Must be able to work independently
Regular attendance is required
Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Preferred
Prefer a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources or related field; experience equivalent will be accepted
Prefer construction technical recruiting experience
