Partnering with project managers to keep projects running smoothly, from proposals to close-out
Keeping budgets and schedules updated and on track (because details matter)
Owning document control, meeting minutes, invoices, change orders, and reimbursements
Jumping into multiple complex construction projects at once (and loving the variety)
Building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and teammates
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of construction industry experience, ideally as a Project Coordinator, Field Engineer, Project Engineer or Sr. Project Engineer
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving problems
Proficiency in Blue Beam, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project
A polished communicator who can represent Hughes Marino with pride
A local candidate excited to split time between our beautiful Orange County office and project sites
A bachelor's degree in a related field
