This role is critical to maximizing uptime and ensuring safe, consistent operations through equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and efficient production line changeovers.

Responsibilities
Perform production line changeovers in accordance with established specifications and guidelines
Improve changeover efficiency by developing and maintaining detailed procedures and documentation
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and support asset availability
Complete maintenance work in line with SOPs and document all repairs accurately
Troubleshoot AC variable frequency drives, AC/DC motors, DC drives, and motor control circuits
Diagnose issues with discrete and analog sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, photo-electric, proximity), PLCs, and PLC-controlled machinery
Repair gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and mechanical/hydraulic systems
Support new equipment installation, validation, and startup activities
Share technical knowledge with operators and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Ideally 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action skills
Preferred
Experience with food processing or packaging equipment preferred
Familiarity with food manufacturing GMP environments preferred
Allen-Bradley PLC experience preferred (CompactLogix, SLC 500, PanelView+, etc.)
