VP, Strategic Programs - Office of the CRO

Responsibilities
Unlock Frozen Capital: You will turn significant partner assets into active revenue drivers, directly impacting the company’s bottom line and partnership health
Accelerate Sales Velocity: By integrating partner prepaids into the sales motion, you will help AEs remove budget friction, allowing them to close larger deals faster
Strengthen the Ecosystem: You will prove to our largest partners that we are the best in the business at executing on joint investments, securing future funding and deeper alliances
Sell to prepaid partners internal usage of Boomi: You will provide the value proposition and expected business outcomes of the use of Boomi for the partners own internal consumption. Working directly with the partner team and the field sellers on these opportunities
Lead the Strike Team: Hire, coach, and deploy a specialized overlay motion that partners with the field to identify and execute "prepaid-eligible" opportunities
Architect the "Playbook": Built the joint value proposition for the customers with the partner and Boomi to demonstrate the value of the partners and driving business outcomes for the customers
Operationalize Consumption: Provide bi-weekly updates to the various partner prepaid focus partners, pipeline as well as actuals
Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, and Channel Partners to ensure everyone is aligned on the ROI of these programs
Incentivize Action: Work with Sales Ops to design recognition programs that reward sellers for high-velocity consumption of partner credits
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Ops, or Strategic Partnerships, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Understanding of deal structuring
Ability to use 'found money' (credits/prepaids) to move a customer from a 'No' to a 'Yes.'
Experience building 'overlay' models or specialized sales programs that successfully influenced a global field organization
Proven ability to present consumption data and strategic pivots to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
Preferred
A strong grasp of revenue recognition rules and how partner offsets impact gross margins
Experience managing large-scale partner buckets during a period of rapid hyper-growth or an IPO
