Lead the delivery of SAP programs and projects to achieve defined business outcomes

Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

Oversee execution of deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and align on outcomes

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience
