Responsibilities
Work closely with departments campus wide on capital asset inventory, including annual inventory counts
Manage tagging of assets, including system access and training
Work with Surplus group on disposal and transfer of assets
Answer department questions
Assist with other needs on the team
Manage fabricated asset process from conception to disposal of asset
Must be in office three days a week to distribute inventory tags and other items to departments
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master's (or equivalency) degree
1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience
Basic skill set and proficiency required
Conduct work assignments as directed
Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting with two years experience
Prior inventory or asset experience
Customer service experience
