Oversee and manage all aspects of the wide-format production process
Ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects
Reviewing job orders
Setting up and operating wide-format printing equipment
Producing jobs
Supervising production staff
Maintaining equipment
Ensuring compliance with company quality standards
Ordering and maintaining profitability of the department
Collaboration with the sales and design teams
Qualification
Required
Experience with wide-format printing equipment, production processes, and materials
Project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills to deliver projects on time and within quality standards
Team management and communication skills to effectively lead production staff
Attention to detail and quality control experience
Technical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
Proficiency in using tools and software related to design and printing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software)
Understanding of safety protocols and standards in a production environment
Supervising wide format personnel
Preferred
Prior experience in a printing, signage, or visual communications industry is a plus
