Responsibilities

Supervise employees handling Excess and PW files

Provide weekly updates of incoming volume

Maintain trial and mediation logs

Serve as liaison with 3rd-party vendor for case creates

Assign on-going active Notice Only files to the Segmentation Specialists based on referral from the managers

Provide feedback to direct reports on goals and objectives

Closely follow departmental guidelines and industry standards to ensure that new cases are established for the correct line of business, ensure data entry accuracy, including loss types, proper major class code selection, trend codes, etc

Train and support Segmentation Technicians with managing and investigating assigned files
