Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help support a secure environment

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities

Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious behavior in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols

Document and communicate security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures

Support emergency preparedness and response efforts by following established protocols and assisting with drills or actual events as needed

Interact with members of the public and/or employees in a professional manner while upholding the values and standards of Allied Universal
