Responsibilities
Help people commit to their fitness journey by selling memberships and retail
Engage with members, retain participation, and create an inspiring environment
Set up and reset equipment, maintain a clean and welcoming space
Promote and represent the SPENGA culture both inside and outside the studio
Qualification
Required
A Passion for Changing Lives – You believe in the power of fitness to transform people inside and out
Leadership & Management Skills – You know how to motivate and inspire a team
Sales Experience – A background in high-end goods or services is a plus
Adaptability & Drive – We want team players who are eager to learn and grow with us

Fitness Enthusiasm – Experience or certifications in personal training, group fitness, spin, or yoga? Even better!
