Responsibilities
Ensure that all project deliverables and timing are met
Review project schedules with functional project managers and project coordinators allocated to projects
Coordinate and support program delivery and processes
Manage project reporting on project accomplishments, deliverables, and milestones against project drivers
Coordinate each project within the program to ensure that objectives are achieved
Administer the project risk management process and prepare risk management plans
Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time
Communicate with the customers and the project team, and conduct project meetings
Qualification
Required
Business / Commerce (Bachelor's degree) or Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree)
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline
9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree
3 years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree
Experience managing medium to complex programs, with strong working knowledge of program management standards, methodologies and operating procedures
Proven success of on-time/on-budget project delivery
Experience with space systems, CCA and silicon development programs
Experience managing programs using Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Preferred
PMP Certification
