Responsibilities

Lead a functional team in implementing CMS requirements into existing systems and oversee major system enhancements

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the CMS IT infrastructure framework and IT standards

Be responsible for the overall functionality and performance of the entire system

Develop a thorough understanding of the system, including its operations and all applicable business processes

Interpret CMS and user requirements, assess their impact on current systems and processes, and evaluate downstream effects

Engage in frequent and ongoing interactions with CMS staff to ensure alignment and address issues proactively

Apply in-depth experience in information management within the healthcare industry, with a focus on CMS-related challenges, including processing healthcare and provider records

Ensure all work performed meets CMS quality standards and system development standards and principles
