Qualification
Required

3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, account management or technical implementation role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities required
Demonstrated proficiency in customer support, recruitment, technical implementation or relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong ability to multitask with proven project and time management skills
Analytical mindset with robust data reporting capabilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field
Experience in recruitment, ATS or technical support
