Qualification
Required
5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong G-code knowledge
Leadership experience in manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills for machining, tooling, and programming issues
Proficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs
Familiarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, or similar
Basic computer skills for documentation and ERP systems
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Must have the ability to pass a background check
