The Senior Manager, Field Enablement is responsible for preparing the field to proactively add value through Schwab’s products and solutions by designing and delivering internal go-to-market communications and enablement strategies for new product rollouts and enhancements.

Responsibilities

Work with business partners and internal clients to design and deliver internal go-to-market communications and enablement strategies for new product rollouts or enhancements, and other major initiatives

With Sales leadership, evolve processes to ensure our Sales teams are maximizing every opportunity to serve clients with Schwab’s products and solutions

Partner across the business to develop and deliver valuable tools and resources

Ensure all field teams understand and have confidence in our strategy and the role they play in contributing to advisor and company success

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

5-7 years of experience designing and executing a variety of communication or enablement strategies

Experience designing and delivery communications and/or enablement strategies

Proficiency in designing visually appealing materials, using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, infographic software, etc

Knowledge and experience working with B2B Sales

A track record of success in designing and delivering high-impact communications and enablement strategies that get attention and drive outcomes

The ability to build relationships across team members, departments, and senior leaders

Experience running fast-paced projects and delivering quick results

Experience working in a matrixed organization with shared accountabilities

Being outcome-oriented with a knack for building and influencing strategies that drive desired results, not just activities

Demonstrating confidence, diplomacy, maturity, and business savvy to effectively facilitate dialogue and decision-making, bringing an informed point of view to the conversation when appropriate

The ability to synthesize and distill complex information

Keen attention to detail, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines while balancing and prioritizing complex projects and deliverables

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Learning agility and a passion for continuous improvement

Creativity in approaching modern and varied communication and enablement methods, including video, audio, visuals, etc
