Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Specification preparation experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster long term client relationships
Excellent time management skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) registration required
Minimum of 8-12 years of professional land development experience in the design of life sciences, commercial, office, higher education, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, municipal, and/or Federal projects including: Managing multiple, concurrent projects, Leading design team efforts, Successfully managing project budgets and schedules, Interfacing with a multi-discipline design team, Mentoring junior staff, Client management
Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to foster long term client relationships
Excellent time management skills
Preferred
Registration in California preferred
Stormwater experience in San Diego County preferred
Specification preparation experience preferred
San Diego experience and relationships a plus
