Vice President of Business Development
Lane Search has partnered with a privately held real estate group with a fast-growing title operation. The Vice President of Business Development will develop new client relationships, shape the strategy of a new retail-focused division, and represent the company externally as the leader of the retail title effort.

Responsibilities
Develop new client relationships across Realtors, lenders, builders, brokers, and investor groups
Help shape the structure and strategy of a new retail-focused division
Contribute to hiring and mentoring additional escrow or BD staff as the division expands
Represent the company externally as the leader of the retail title effort
This role offers the unique ability to combine production, leadership, and growth strategy
Qualification
Required
Proven success driving business development within the title, real estate, or adjacent transactional services environment
Established relationships with referral sources such as brokers, investors, builders, lenders, or real estate operators
Experience building and scaling a business development function, including strategy, process, and pipeline management
Ability to operate as both an individual contributor and senior leader in an early-stage or growth-oriented platform
Strong executive presence with the ability to represent the company to partners, clients, and ownership
